My husband didn&#039;t get a chance to cook any corned beef this year so we went to a local restaurant and they were so busy my meal was cool by the time I got it. I&#039;m going to buy one this weekend to cook to get my fill!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I make my corn beef differently.   I cover it with water, add the spice package and cook it in the crockpot for 6-8 hours.   Then I cut all the fat off,  cover the top with regular yellow mustard and brown sugar and sprinkle lightly with ground cloves.   Put it in a 400 degree oven until the toppings turn into a melted bubbling glaze.    This is a favorite at family potlucks and it disappears so quickly that there isn&#039;t left overs.]]></description>
