On a side note.....
 Danae, I too love using my stand mixer (compliments of a giveaway from PW :)) to shred my chicken. Makes it a breeze when doing a Rotisserie chicken!! As a matter of fact I&#039;ll be shredding one today with my mixer to make the Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole that I found on Tasty Kitchen by Terri @ that&#039;s some good cookin&#039;. Ohhhh that&#039;s another yummy one indeed! :)]]></description>
