Can’t go wrong with a really good pumpkin bread! But…I’ve also got a great recipe for pumpkin cookies that involve marshmallows…Oh.My.Goodness!!

I love roasted pumpkin! Drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and 45 minutes later, you have a yummy snack! Also, pumpkin lattes and pumpkin bread (the savory kind)!

I like pumpkin dinner rolls, pumpkin salad, lettuce packages with pumpkin mash, pumpkin soup… Basically I love pumpkin. Always.

Pumpkin trifle, made with crumbled spice cake (made from a mix) layered with a mixture of canned pumpkin pie filling and instant vanilla pudding, plus layers of whipped topping. Crumble gingersnaps on top of the final layer of topping. A family tradition!
