With a garden of herbs, fresh fruits and vegetables which are generally consumed by my family on a daily basis. We especially enjoy fresh fruits whether I incorporate them in a salad or dessert cup. Smoothies are fun! I keep things changed up from day to day. No particular snack in mind. I use frozen yogurt quite a lot, yogurt in general in many recipes. I am afraid I am not much help am I? In Florida we have to keep hydrated, so different beverages are made fresh daily. I only use purified bottled water! Keep on Cooking-Y'all!!! CLW.
