		<description><![CDATA[I just wanted to report that I tried Lori H&#039;s water trick to keep my guacamole from turning brown and it worked perfectly.  I stored my guac for 2 days in the fridge and it had absolutely no discoloration of any kind.  Excellent tip - glad she shared it.]]></description>
