The orecchiette sounds like a wonderful idea, it should  hold the sauce really well. I can&#039;t wait to try this variation!!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I have the pot on the stove and it smells so good! I had to run out to get the heavy cream but had everything else in the pantry. I ended up using the whole can of tomato paste and just added a can of water. I had 1-1/2 lbs of ground beef and 1/2 lb of Italian sausage in patty form and used that. I love the idea of a really meaty sauce. I tasted it and I can hardly wait...have @ 2 more hours of simmering time. House smells incredible! Will cool remaining sauce over night and put in quart-sized freezer baggies, freeze and use another time. Thank you for this amazing recipe!]]></description>
