This is just so loaded with fruit that my first thought about this ‘cake’ is that it is healthy eating! Live alone so i can’t make things like this all the time, but I cannot wait to have an excuse to make a cake for the next gathering I attend.

Now that I think of it, I don’t have to wait for a gathering. I can reduce the ingredients and make a cake cup or two instead of a whole cake! ;-0

This is a great portable recipe. I took the jar recipe to a cookout, attached spoons with a rubber band and it was a great hit with everyone!

WOW!! I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS FOR MANY YEARS FOR MY FAMILY AN HOLIDAYS!! AFTER THE CRUST AN FRUIT, I PUT LAYER OF FRENCH VANILLA PUDDING!! THEN TOP WITH MORE OF ALL THE FRUIT!! WHIP CREAM THE TOP, RUN HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SYRUP DESIGN ON TOP, ADD CHERRIES AN REFRIGERATE TILL TIME TO SERVE!!! I’VE HAD MORE REQUESTS AN COMPLIMENTS ON THIS DESSERT!!!!
