Came out way too greasy and greasy bits, not good. I googled.

Second loaf --- I softened the coconut oil, it was still white and I whisked out any bumps. It was like really soft shortening, but not melted. I added the sugar in and mixed until it was thoroughly incorporated, then added the eggs and mixed, then the banana and yogurt. I treated it like butter in recipes - mix it with the sugar first!

WORKED LIKE A CHARM! The bread was dense, but not heavy and greasy!

So - anyone who has trouble with the coconut oil...I would suggest my method as an aid.]]></description>
