Thank you for this recipe! I made them this morning for a potluck tonight. I did a mixture of cheddar,Swiss and blue cheese with green onions instead of the jalapeño . I made a spicy shrimp primavera salsa to top them with – yum!

Hmmm, I think I’m going to try freezing them, and defrosting in the fridge. And maybe substituting bacon bits for the jalapenos…

I made these last night for a family birthday party and served them as an appetizer. They are so quick and easy to make! Everyone LOVED them. Next time I think I will serve them with a side of sour cream and salsa!
