Aaaaahhhh! Those banana chips are my nemesis and we almost always have some in the pantry….I bet this is amazing.

@Jayne, you can probably substitute the nuts for some other kind (peanuts or almonds would be your best bet, I think) but I find cashews work best for this because of their mild flavor.

Wow! I’ve never seen cookie butter but this is very interesting! I think the nuts are substitutable, right? Incredible. Good change from peanut butter… not that there’s anything wrong with that. Or Nutella.
