		<description><![CDATA[I love this!  I have made my version of &quot;crack bread&quot; for my neighborhood gatherings.  It is now a requirement.  I usually use a sourdough loaf and Monterey Jack cheese.  I have found that you need to leave the bottom of the loaf intact to keep it as a loaf.  When we get down to the bottom, that crust has all the dripped juices on it and is to die for! We just cut it into chunks(or tear it apart!) so it does not go to waste at all!  I can&#039;t wait to try a new version.  Thanks for the idea!]]></description>
