I’m definitely going to try this. We love blueberry pancakes, but I’ve never thought of putting the blueberries in the sausage. Warm syrup poured over all of it….Mmmmmmm my mouth is watering.

My five year old came up with a similar recipe called blueberry sausage. Never in my wildest dreams would of I expected to find a blueberry sausage that my son came up with. We even wrote the recipe down and handed it out to friends, coworkers and family. Alex is working on his own photocopied cookbook.
