I want to try this recipe tonight, and I think anything with tequila is better!
but I have one question, the recipe says to pour the excess marinade over the cooked chicken – I’ve never heard of using the marinade after meat or chicken has been in it. Is this safe?

I made this with chicken breast and tofu (browned in a dry fry pan)… the tofu tasted better!

Made on cinch de mayo and now making tofu again tonight. Good recipe!
