		<description><![CDATA[I just started making quiche a couple of weeks ago and I am hooked. I have not used a pie shell yet, I have been using bisquick. So far my family has loved it. The first batch I made in muffin tins and added ham, sharp cheddar cheese and italian herbs. My 4 year old grandson ate 4 of them!!!  I am going to continue to experiment with different ingredients.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I love making quiche for company!  For brunch or lunch it is the easiest thing to do and yet it looks like you slaved for days in the kitchen.  Put three or four of these beauties on the table with a big salad and &quot;Voila!&quot; - a feast!

And the best part is that kids love them (depending on your choice of quiche).  My granddaughter loves one with broccoli and cheddar.  Pop the leftovers in the oven to warm the next morning and &quot;instant breakfast&quot;.]]></description>
