		<description><![CDATA[I LOVE cheese, but I have a complete and utter dislike of any kind of (ugh!) sweetened cheese (sweetened cream cheese filling, frosting, etc.). Can you actually taste the ricotta??  If so, is there something that I could substitute for it??  Other than the addition of a cheese in a cookie recipe, it looks and sounds won-derful!!]]></description>
