Made this for dinner tonight…loved the sweet chili sauce! I forgot to add my herbs at the end. They were chopped and ready in the fridge and I completely forgot. That just means that next time I make this, it will be even better with the cilantro and basil.

There is a place in Minneapolis that makes a Thai pizza that is different but along the same lines. It’s a base of peanut sauce, with shredded carrot, bean sprouts, slivers of red pepper, chicken and cilantro. Ah-may-zing.

My son loves anything Thai so I couldn’t wait til he got home from college to try this. Made it tonight and we all loved it. Together with a bok choy salad, it was a great alternative to our regular pizza and salad. Thanks!

Thank you so much for posting this recipe, it looks very similiar to my favorite Thai pizza at Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza (San Diego). Sadly we no longer live there and this will certainly satisfy my craving for my long lost favorite.
