These are delicious, I doubled the bacon and trimmed off the fat so they wouldn’t be soggy from the grease. Definitely make again!

Panko bread crumbs are Japanese bread crumbs. They have a crispier, crunchier texture than traditional bread crumbs. They’re delicious!
