I made this last night and my Husband said it was by far the best tomato soup he’s ever had! I would agree, that roasted garlic is such a great addition!

I know my husband would love this! I am wondering, though, if the immersion blender will take care of the seeds. I always end up having to strain my tomato soup because of the seeds. I have never roasted the tomatoes first. Does that make a difference? Thanks for the recipe. It sounds great!
