These are amazing!!! Hubby made them for dinner the other night and we ate them all! Next time we’ll probably add more siracha because we love spicy food, but these were really great!

To the people that are freaking out about cross-contaminating…she cooked the wings in the steamer before glazing..so they aren’t raw.

Just made this and it ROCKS! Works together with the sauce! It’s a keeper but grating that orange almost whipped me. I gotta get a new grater. Mine is ready to go to that “holy” place in the sky.

I made these for football Sunday afternoon, and they were a hit! I was heavy on the sriacha and added a bit of fish sauce too. Also, there is no risk of cross contamination with the wings, as you steam them til done before the glazing process starts.

This recipe is AMAZING! Tastes like something from a great restaurant . I used Bragg’s Liquid Aminos in place of the soy sauce for a lighter flavor. I also subbed reduced fat sour cream for the yogurt. I couldn’t stop eating the dipping sauce! Next time I’ll try with other cuts of chicken for fewer calories.

Cross-contamination between raw meat, especially chicken, and cooked food is a major NO-NO! Especially if you are serving children. It only takes one bad chicken to cause major havoc. Assume all raw chicken is tainted, even though it probably isn’t! Better safe than sorry. But the recipe sounds awesome, can’t wait to try it-with some sauce reserved for the final coating.
