I just tried this recipe. It tastes wonderful but didn't clump up at all. I prefer my granola to be in clumps to make for easy snacking. Anyone else have this issue? Other than the lack of clumping, it's really yummy!

LOVE this recipe! This is the best granola I've ever had! And for anybody wondering, I used salted butter and did NOT add the teaspoon of salt it called for and it turned out perfect! I could live on this stuff, really!!!

Wow, thank you for the recipe. I have long wanted to make my own granola but other recipes left me unimpressed and a bit disgusted. Could granola really be made of those gross ingredients. Then I found yours and said hey the picture looks good enough to eat perhaps it is. A few modifications in nuts and such and I have found an absolute favorite. I have made three batches for myself in the past week. Then I decided to make a batch according to your ingredients just pecans instead of cashews for my husband. He is so in love with it. He calls it Trail Mix of the Gods. Yep, he even requested his next batch to have M&M's in it. I just love when I find a new favorite for him. He is even going to send some to his father for Christmas. Thank you so much.

Hi Jami! Yup, it's supposed to be a bit crisp. Did you let it cool for a while and then test it? It needs to cool down a bit for crisping up. Let me know :)
