Have any of the posters about dairy-free versions had any luck? We live in Canada, but we have found Daiya cheese (‘cheddar’ & ‘mozza’ – supposed to melt & string like cheese) and Earth Balance hard ‘butter/margarine’ sticks – nervous about trying them! They are pricy, so would hate to have a batch fail (and super disappointed boys!!)
