Our family loves this dip as a fruit salad dressing with green apples, grapes, pineapple, banans, and fresh strawberries. It is also good to dip donut holes of chunks of angel food cake in.

It looks so yummy! The blueberries in the bottom is very tempting. I think this will taste just as well with strawberries.

Love the blueberries and crunchy granola, but so much work for something you could make with greek yogurt, lemon/orange zest, birch xylitol (healthy low cal natural sweetener) and be a million times better for you while being delicious.

I do a recipe like this but quick and dirty. I use lemon yogurt (or Dannon vanilla yogurt) , fresh berries and a crunched up Nature’s Valley Crunchy Granola bar (cuz that is what I have in the pantry). Fast and easy with only a dish and a spoon for clean up. Hey presto! No pots and pans to clean.
