I made this salmon for dinner the other night and it was AMAZING! I paired it with sauteed fresh green beans and baby bella mushrooms. My husband loved it. It was simple to make and delicious.

Salmon, garlic and rosemary… perfect! I love salmon I like it on the grill, smoked with butter in a mousse as an appetizer… just a precious ingredient. Thanks for the recipe!

if you want it to really slip off of the foil lining your roasting tray and not use any ooking spray/oil…….use the NON-STICK aluminun foil. best invention since sliced bread!!!
