I’ll bet it’s not only wonderful, but I’ll bet your guests feel loved by you AND your food! If only I didn’t have to have garlic-scent on my hands–but if you have som fresh lemon–I’m sure I could get it off pretty quick! I’ve ever peeled garlic–I just smash the garlic clove with the flat side of a knife and it comes right off. (Think I learned it from Ree, of course!) It’s nice to meet you! I’d love to have met your grandmother.
