Thank you so much for sharing this. I don’t have any homegrown red tomatoes this year just dozens of green ones. Now I can justify them to the family with this wonderful dish because of course I’ve grown green tomatoes on purpose! I’ve never done polenta either so it’ll be two firsts;-D
