Throw the cheese on top at the end and feed an entire camp of hungry Brownies or Guides!

I followed some of your suggestions(readers) about using some cream cheese instead of sour cream. it was heavenly. I also used mild sausage instead of ground beef, as it was what I had pulled out of the freezer by accident… no problem.. it blended in w/the italian flavors just fine!! A definite make again..
