Becky… there is a great recipe (easy too!) on the back of the Dole Pineapple can label! I’ve used it many times!!! I don’t have a can of Dole, or I would type it to you. Everyone in my family loves them!!

If anyone is interested in vegan or dairy/egg free recipes due to allergies (which is why I bought it, for my son), I highly recommend the book, “Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World.”

All of these look so tasty! I will definitely be trying out some of these recipes.

I made these fun red, white, and blue cupcakes for Memorial Day. The best part, is you can use the recipe to make them any color. School colors for your grad, or dad’s favorite sports team’s color. They’re completely customizable.

No graduations, but I thought that I’d mention that I went to a wedding last week where they had yummy choc chip cookie ice cream sandwiches for dessert in place of cake … now I love ice cream .. but no cake …too sad

To Kitchen Travels – I loved the photos of your birthday sweets table, and can ‘t wait to try your strawberry buttercream. I posted my mango buttercream recipe here (StellaP) at Tasty Kitchen, and I made a lemon swiss buttercream for a triple lemon cake (lemon cake, lemon frosting and lemon curd) last weekend for a birthday.

I am inspired to make cupcakes this weekend for a birthday celebration at work on M0nday. So many to choose from, but the birthday girl loves banana, so banana it will be!
