Sliced and put on top of steaks and melts. Its very good.

I keep it in the freezer when I don’t need a slice.

Also I have one that includes wild mushrooms, unfortunately DH does not like mushrooms so I don’t get to use it very often.

Thank you Thank you Thank you! I did this once and stored it in a tub, but I didn’t think about parchment paper. I love that idea because you can also store it in the freezer if you need to.
