Description

Charoset is a fresh apple salad served for Passover.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Apples
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • ½ cups Red Wine
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Chopped Nuts
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation

Chop apples quickly, and squeeze the lemon over the chopped apples. Mix the wine and honey together, blend well together. Pour wine and honey over the apples, stir in nuts and add fresh cinnamon and nutmeg. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
