Description

Quick and sweet little treats.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Quality Dark Chocolate
  • ½ pounds Butter
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 5 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Flour

Preparation

Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Meanwhile, mix the sugar, eggs and flour. Slowly pour the chocolate/butter mix in with the sugar, eggs and flour and mix well.

Pour mix into muffin, mini-muffin (as in this case), souffle dish, or 8×8 pan; sprinkle with roughly chopped dark chocolate and bake at 350F for about an hour, until the inside is the slightest bit moist.

Serve warm.

After cooking for 50 minutes the tops were burnt and the middle was slightly undercooked. Also they are firmly lodged in my non-stick mini-muffing tin and they show no signs of being friendly and just popping out of there. What I dig out with a spoon tastes great but this was seriously a disaster.

Also on his site, it states to bake them about an hour….seems like a long time for mini muffins…
If someone makes them, please list the time.
thanks!

Hi
On his site, it states 1/2 c flour instead of the 1/2 cup sugar.

I was thinking it might be the first reference to sugar. They look yummy.

These sound delicious and easy. I’m guessing that the second reference to sugar should be 1/2 cup of flour.
