I’ve been making noodles like this ever since I moved out of my parent’s house. I usually put cabbage, green onion, carrot, peppers, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in it. Sometimes (if I have it) I’ll add shrimp, chicken, or pork! I like to put a little oil on the bottom of the pan and let the noodles sit in it and get really crispy. yummy! Very cheap for a poor student to make for her and her boyfriend on date night!

My brother and I have made something like this since we were little kids… it really is a easy and fun recipe. We use whatever we have on hand… allot of times ditching the seasoning packet for some fresh ginger, soy sauce and hot chili sauce.. thanks for posting this recipe, it’s such a dinner life saver so to speak..
