Description

This recipe is very good. It is also very quick and easy! My family and I grew up eating this and all of our children love it too!

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Can Of Ranch Style Beans
  • 1 package Corn Tortillas, 10 Count
  • ½ cups Cooking Oil, For Frying The Tortillas
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 8 ounces, weight Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Empty the can of beans into a pot and cook on low.

Next heat the oil in a small frying pan. (I don’t really measure the oil so it could be more or less than a 1/2 cup). Fry the tortillas, folding them into the shape of a taco and once browned and crispy, remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Chop up some green onion.

Take about a tablespoon of the beans and put in the tortilla shell along with the cheese and green onion.

I usually make 3 tortillas per serving.
