Start by cutting the tofu into big cubes, then sprinkle them on each side with cornstarch. Next, add chili salt.
In a skillet, heat up the vegetable oil and cook the tofu over medium heat on all sides. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce and chili flakes and keep cooking, turning it around gently, until it gets a nice golden brown color.
Remove from the skillet and serve.
