These gluten-free, dairy-free bars are delicious and they cost a fraction of what you’d pay for store-bought snack bars.

The creamiest, silky, tangy, and sweetly spicy lentil/bean vegetarian stew. All you need is freshly baked bread of choice and a bowl.

A delicious risotto recipe that I recently made for a rainy “date night” with the husband. Brown rice and sweet potatoes make it a suprisingly healthy comfort food.

This sounds unbelievably awesome. I have rosemary coming out my ears, unfortunately tomatoes are NOT coming out my ears but that will be remedied at my farmer’s market.
I have to ask – did you come up with this yourself? Are you a genious? I have a recipe along the same lines and it’s “Tomato Cobbler”. Hmmmm. I may just have to submit it . . .
Thanks for the recipe – can’t wait to try it!

Karenpie – Yes, I did come up with this myself! Haha I’m not a genius, it just sounded really, really good. And it was!
I used an 11″ tart pan.
Enjoy!
