Description

This make-ahead banana peanut butter overnight oats recipe with almond milk is a healthy, 4-ingredient way to start the day! Vegan, gluten free and kid friendly too!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Rolled, Old Fashioned Oats (Not Quick Oats, Gluten Free If Needed)
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Powdered Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups Banana, Mashed, Plus Additional For Serving
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Preparation

Mix the oats and powdered peanut butter in a bowl. Add banana and milk and stir until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Top with additional banana and devour!
