Description

These are the best vegetarian burgers I have ever had. I promise that you won’t even miss the meat in these super tasty and easy to make burgers. One taste and I hope you will agree!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 2 cups Fresh Mushrooms, Finely Chopped
  • ½ cups Dry Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cups Onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cups Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Preparation

In a large bowl, slightly beat eggs. Add next 10 ingredients (everything else except the olive oil and the buns) and mix until well combined. Shape into 4 patties.

In a large skillet, cook patties in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until patties are crisp and lightly browned on both sides.

Cut hamburger buns in half and place mushroom patty on bun.

Top with your favorite burger toppings such as mustard, ketchup or relish. Enjoy!
