1. Mash the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeno together with the back of a fork. Season with a pinch of salt. Divide between the tortillas and fold each in half.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter, then add the tacos. Cook on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the remaining side. Serve with sour cream.
