Description

Triple Berry smoothie includes strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Add some almond milk, fat-free vanilla yogurt, and flax seeds. A delicious smooth for the morning, after exercise, or anytime of day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 6 whole Strawberries
  • ½ cups Raspberries
  • ⅓ cups Blueberries
  • ½ cups Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoons Flax Seed
  • ½ teaspoons Raw Unfiltered Honey
  • ½ cups Ice Cubes

Preparation

Wash fruit and take the green stems off strawberries Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend well, shouldn’t take more than a minute. Enjoy.
