Description

This yogurt is fun to prepare and it tastes heavenly. The best part is that it’s extremely healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Plain Greek Or Turkish Yogurt (fat Content 10%)
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Erythritol
  • 30 drops Or To Taste Liquid Stevia, Divided Use
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ounce, weight 100% Chocolate

Preparation

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, erythritol, 20 drops stevia and the vanilla extract. Mix together very well. Refrigerate.

2. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it. You can do this in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave. If you do it in the microwave make sure to only heat it for about 20 seconds at a time on low heat, stir in between each additional 20 second increment and stop once smooth.

3. Add 10 drops stevia to the melted chocolate and mix well with a spoon.

4. Pour half of the chocolate into the bowl with the yogurt. Mix fast and well with a spoon so that the chocolate solidifies into tiny chips.

5. Pour the rest of the chocolate into the bowl with the yogurt and mix again fast and well.

6. Enjoy!
