Description

Okay, so if you like chocolate but don’t like the guilt it brings, here’s your solution! Refrigerate overnight and serve the next day!

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ⅔ cups Splenda
  • ⅓ cups Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅓ cups Margarine
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ⅓ cups No-sugar-added Applesauce
  • 1 package (1-pound Package) Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Or Oreo Cookies
  • 2 packages (about 1.4 Ounce Each) Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 4 cups Skim Milk
  • 12 ounces, weight Sugar-Free Cool Whip

Preparation

1.Start by making brownies: combine Splenda, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

2. In mixer bowl, beat margarine, eggs and vanilla for 1 minute. Add applesauce and beat just until blended.

3. Stir in flour mixture until just blended. Spread evenly in a greased 8″ square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. While brownies are baking, mix pudding mix and milk until pudding forms. After brownies cool, crumble them into pudding and then add 4 oz. Cool Whip. Mix together.

5. Layer pudding, cookies, pudding, Cool Whip and cookies. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold.
