Description

Zero carbs, and just the thing when you’re craving a root beer float. I rarely drink diet sodas, but when it’s 90F in the shade, this hits the spot! Suitable for Atkins, keto, lchf, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, sugar free.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, fluid IBC Diet RootBeer, Chilled
  • 1 Tablespoon Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Land O Lakes Sugar Free Whipped Cream

Preparation

Pour root beer into large chilled glass.

Add cream, and stir lightly. Wait for bubbles to subside, then top with whipped cream.

Add a straw and serve.

Nutritional estimates are per serving based on exact ingredients I used, calculated with a free online recipe analyzer. I do not include sugar alcohols or liquid sucralose in my nutrition counts, as they are not absorbed by the body and rate zero on the glycemic index.
