Description

A super healthy, simple breakfast idea packed with vitamins and antioxidants!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
  • 1 cup Milk (I Use 2%, But Fat Free Can Be Substituted)
  • 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
  • ¼ cups Honey

Preparation

In a container of your choice, layer half of all ingredients. Repeat layers and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
