Description

This quick and easy tofu dish is known simply as “tofu cold dish” and comes together in five minutes flat!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Soft Tofu
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Turnip Preserves (available At Large Supermarkets And Asian Grocery Stores)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Drain the tofu and chop it into cubes.

Place tofu in a large bowl and toss with all of the other ingredients.

Serve!

You could serve it as a light main dish, or I think it would go great with some sesame noodles!

yes! They are salty! Therefore you don’t need any salt in the dish. I don’t recommend eating them plain ;)

Yumm! I’ll have to try this. I have never eaten turnip preserves. Are they salty and pickled?
