Description

Sweet, ripe jackfruit is the star in this smoothie bowl.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh, Ripe Jackfruit
  • 2 whole (about 7 Inches Long) Bananas
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • ¼ cups Fresh Coconut
  • 1-¼ cup Fresh Coconut Water
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Blackberries
  • 3 Tablespoons Shredded Cococnut
  • 3 Tablespoons Toasted Pine Nuts

Preparation

Place smoothie ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Divide between bowls, and top with blackberries, dried coconut, and toasted pine nuts.
