Description

Use hummus in place of mayonnaise. I know it sounds strange, but it is really good. I’ve added a chopped boiled egg. You can use salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 Oz. Can) White Albacore Tuna
  • 1 Tablespoon Hummus
  • 2 teaspoons BBQ Sauce
  • Ground Pepper To Taste
  • Bread, Sliced Onion, And Mixed Greens, To Serve

Preparation

Mix tuna, hummus, BBQ sauce, and pepper. Spread on bread and top with onions and greens.
