Description

For all those vegetarians out there, this ones for you. Next time the crowd is grilling burgers, make yourself one of these bomb sweet potato black bean burgers. They are packed with protein and taste delicious. Who needs red meat when you have this beauty?

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 1  Sweet Potato
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise (Vegan If Necessary)
  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Form burgers into 2-inch balls and flatten on baking sheet.

Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and add toppings.
