Description

Wake up to a tropical vacation with these healthy, gluten-free Pina Colada Overnight Oats! They’re only 5 ingredients, ready in 5 minutes and 300 calories!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Non-fat Coconut Flavored Greek Yogurt
  • ⅔ cups Crushed Pinapple, Drained
  • 1 cup Rolled, Old Fashioned Oatmeal (gluten Free If Needed)
  • 1 cup Light Canned Coconut Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Rum Extract

Preparation

Layer yogurt in the bottom of glasses, followed by crushed pineapple.

In a medium bowl, stir oats, coconut milk and rum extract. Divide between the cups. Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.

Mix everything up and devour!
