Description

These little bites are the perfect snack and they are gluten-free, vegan and only 90 calories per bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick Oats (use Gluten-free Oats If You Want For These To Be Gluten-free)
  • ½ cups Natural Peanut Butter (or Any Nut Butter)
  • ¼ cups Agave Nectar
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed Meal
  • 3 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • Optional Add-ins Of Choice

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well-combined. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.

2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls. Mine were about 1 to 1 1/2-inch in diameter.

3. Place the bites into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.

dried fruits
shredded coconut

These are delicious! I made them with sugar-free honey instead of agave (that’s what I had on hand). Super delicious..will definitely become a staple for me!!
