Description

This vegan and gluten-free recipe for an all-natural flavored gummy multivitamin that are gelatin-free and sugar free. A gentle solution to enhance your family’s health and wellness with very little cost!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CARROT GUMMY BEARS:
  • 1  Medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 3 Tablespoons Liquid Multivitamin
  • 1-½ teaspoon Agar-agar Powder
  • FOR THE BEET GUMMY BEARS:
  • 1  Small Beet Root
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 3 Tablespoons Liquid Multivitamin
  • 1-½ teaspoon Agar-agar Powder

Preparation

In a blender, add carrot (or beet, one flavor at the time, same process!) water, maple and blend.

Using a fine mash, strain liquid into a glass bowl. Add the multivitamin and agar agar powder and whisk to combine. Set aside for 5 minutes while you work on the next flavor.

When done, come back to the carrot multivitamin juice and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly to dissolve any remaining solids or powder residue (2–3 minutes).

Remove from heat and pour into the gummy bear mold using the dropper (which comes included with the gummy bear mold). Refrigerate for 2–3 hours to set. Remove from mold and store them in a jar. Keep refrigerated.
