In a medium sized bowl mix the tuna, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, green onion, olives, banana peppers, capers, oregano, garlic powder and Cavender’s seasoning until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the salad on leaf lettuce for a low-carb option, or as a sandwich if you prefer, with feta cheese as a garnish.
